Compiler errors with v2.9.2

When IPv4Only is enabled, and I try to rebuild the system, I get compiler errors in file nbiprintf.cpp about "IPADDR was not declared in this scope". Looks like the appropriate header file is not included when using IPv4Only.

Yes we found that bug, its been fixed.
Submit a support request well give you the patch.
