Bad CB34-EX

Post by chrismiller »

I bought two of these and one seems to be DOA. The power led doesn't come on and there is a red LED on the side that lights but I can't connect to the device.

I emailed sales Friday but haven't recieved a response. How do I get a it replaced?

Thank you

Hello Christopher,

I am sorry you are experiencing any problems. I checked the sales log and found the following:

Your request came in: Fri Feb 11 15:58:41 2011 Christopher.Miller@xxxxx - Ticket created

Our reply was made: Fri Feb 11 17:27:45 2011 with the rma information to return the unit.

Can you please take a look for that ticket? Maybe it went into a spam folder?
I will also ask customer service to resend the reply to you. If you cannot see a reply in the next 15 minutes, please call our sales line so we can figure out what is wrong. I don't want to display your email address on the group for confirmation.

Thanks
chrismiller

I don't think I've ever gotten an email from the ticket system. Didn't even know it supported it. I just log in to it via the web page to see if I have any responses. You might need to do the same.

go to http://support.netburner.com/

By the way, I'm not sure how I have it set up, but I usually do get email from ticket submissions, edits, and responses from NB...

Maybe the http://support.netburner.com/SelfService/Prefs.html ?

Check your e-mail on support. I can see your account and the email address does not match the address you are using here on the board.

Mailed sales and filled out a ticket. Haven't heard anything back. Pretty frustrating.

Chris to log in manually. Go to http://www.netburner.com, hover over the Support link at the top of the page. A drop down menu should appear. Out of that menu select Support Login. That should take you right to your ticket list.

Forrest - The email is good (it's a more permanent alias than what I use here). I just started a ticket as a test.

My replacement hardware is on the way. Looks like there was a problem with my email address.

Thank you for the help.
