Hello All,
I am not sure if this is a hardware or a software issue, probably both.
We can no longer buy SD cards smaller than 2GB. What will happen when 2GB's are no longer available.
Can the Netburner software cope with >2GB cards?
And can >2GB cards be accessed by the simple SPI interface?
TiA,
Michael.

A previous post said you can go up to 128GB with the latest release. Search on "sd card size"

Hello,
I have the greatest trouble doing any meaningful searches on this forum. This is the reply I got to your proposed search "SD card size";
he following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: card size sd.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.

Thats strange. The first time I did it the proper threads came up because I read through them. But now when I do it I get the same results you are. Hey, did you break it?
Doing the same search in the Google Custom Search box at the top of the page, rather than clicking on the Search link, found a thread that said the max size was 128GB.

Re: What to do for SD cards > 2GB
SDHC has been supported by the EFFS file system in the NNDK for almost 2 years now. This is currently the most common type of MMC/SD form factor card available for capacities larger then 2GB. I have personally tested this on cards up to 16GB and I am pretty sure that any larger SDHC cards should also have no problems.
Re: What to do for SD cards > 2GB
Ok, looks like there wont be a problem then.
Thanks all.
Thanks all.
