Suggestion for function tzsetchar

Function tzsetchar in v3.x tools has a couple of iprintf statements that are always active. On our products, serial port 0 is available as a user interface in the released apps, and these print statements interfere with that interface. I suggest wrapping them in a debug macro in a future release.
