MODM7AE70 memory usage

I have a MOD5441X application that uses 1.3MB of flash and 5.1MB of ram. If I were to move the AE70 module would the memory usage be about the same?

MY first gut answer is yes...
RAM should be VERY similar....
Flash should be similar , but I'm less confident in that answer....

That was my gut feeling also. I only ask because we are considering using it. But jumping from 4% memory usage to 65% usage gives me pause.
