Where is Serial Update Tool?

I can't find the Serial Update Tool for my MOD5270 NNDK. A shortcut for it was installed with my Development Tools but no application was copied into the install directory. My NNDK is a couple of years old.

I tried searching for 'serial update tool' on this board, but it refused to do the search because these words are apparently too common (even when searching for all words). Seems like the search rules for the board should be changed.
