Like to know my CPU Loading %

I could have sworn that this was talked about before, but i cant seem to find it.
I would like to have a task that spits out via serial how loaded down my MOD board processor is.
I.E. i would like to have a % from 0-100 of how busy it is.

If you know of that thread, please point it out.
