When I try to find netburner modules (using 5270 and 5282) from NBEclipse or from IPSetup (or similar) they don't appear on my computer.
I'm using Windows 7 64bit, and when I test using an Win XP 32bit computer they can be found. (Connected to the same network.)
From Win7 I can ping the module which has a static IP and get its factory demo through http.
I've tried to switch of the Windows Firewall, but no difference.
Any hints, or known limitations with Win 7 (64bit)?
Failed to find Netburner module
Re: Failed to find Netburner module
When the IP address is not configured it==the module used to send replies to
ipsetup with a source address of 0.0.0.1, XP was ok with that, windows 7 is not.
This was fixed in the latest beta. Most of the modules shipping from
stock still have the old code in them (2.4 is still considered beta)
It will probably be 6 months till all production apps get fixed and
cycle through stock.
In the mean time if you update your NNDK release to 2.4 rc3_01 or later
it should be fixed for any code you compile.

Re: Failed to find Netburner module
Where do we get RC3_01? I could only find RC2 when I logged into the support system.
