Text file encoding

I want tu use Text file encoding Cp1250. Netburner Eclipse IDE default encoding is Cp1252 and in the others proposed encoding choices Cp1250 is not supported. Has anybody a solution to enter the Cp1250 encoding ? Perhaps a plugins ?
