Flash memory SBL2e-100IR damaged

Hello,
Recently acquired some modules serial ethernet SBL2e-100IR.
When we update one of these modules by serial terminal MTTY to version V1.51 to include AT commands in modules.
At the time of updating the flash memory (the command FLA) there was a problem with the computer and had to restart it.
Now its module no longer works. How do we restore it to function normally?

Do you see any serial output on any serial port when you cycle power?
Did you try the download again?
