Vista problem?

I used MOD5234 to develop a system. It works fine with Windows XP OS. When I switch to Vista (64 bit), I could not connect to the MOD5234. I used IP Setup tool to find hardware, but nothing showed up. Is it a Vista issue? How can I solve the problem? Thanks.

I use Vista (32 bit though) and it works fine with all the NB supplied tools. I do have UAC turned off. Is it possible that some security feature on Vista is blocking the TCP connection? I would try turning off the firewall and any other security features one at a time to see if you can find the guilty party.
