WinAddr2Line not working in version 2.8.x

Since the introduction of NNDK 2.8.0, I have noticed that the WinAddr2Line binary does not work. The output window simply remains blank when the Decode button is pressed. I have been using the binary from NNDK 2.7.5, which seems to work. Am I correct in assuming that the 2.7.5 binary will give correct results with a 2.8.x .elf file?
