Removing NNDK

I have numerous installations of NNDK on my PC. I would like to remove some of the older versions to cleanup my harddrive. Do I just drag the root directory to the recycle bin, or should I use Uninstall from the Control Panel, which will probably delete all my shortcuts? And if I drag, what do I do with all the entries in the Programs and Features window?
