MOD54415 DSPI signal availability

Hi,
I checked for the signal availability of 4 DSPI in MOD54415. As far as I found out DSPI0 data channel is connected to onboard microSD card module and is not available on J1 or J2 header. Also I could find all the chip select pins for DSPI1 on J2 header. But for DSPI2 and DSPI3 I could find only the data channels, serial clock and chip select 0 channel on J2 header. Is there any way to access chip select pins 1-3 for DSPI2 and DSPI3? Thanks.

As the only CS pin brought out on the chip itself from freescale for DSPI 2,3 is CS0,
its kind of hard for us to bring them out on the board if they don't actually exist on the chip
