Nano54415 reset pin

On the 52 pin header i only see #RESET IN. Is this pin a ONLY reset in, or is it bi-functional where it acts as an #reset output as well ?
Reset in only.
Deciding what pins to vote on/off the connector was hard.
Figured that one could set the boot delay to zero and use a GPIO to toggle external reset if it is really needed.
