Dev-70 and I2C pullups

Looking at the Dev-70 schematics, unless I am blind I see no pullups on the I2C lines, yet the RTC appears to be connected directly. Dev-100 shows pullups clearly.
Does the Dev-70 board have pullups on the I2C lines or no?

I think that some of the modules like the 5270 based ones have built-in weak pullups, and the kit for it uses the mod-dev-70. Might be fine for just one device like the rtc, but no substitute for discrete pull-ups, especially if cables or off-board devices are wired in.
