ipset will find all the NBs. They are listed in the "select a unit" right hand window. The ones configured for DHCP say so, but also list the assigned IP. In the screen shot below, notice that 2 NBs are DHCP
'd. Select the one you want to configure, edit the "NDK Settings" then click "Set->"

It could be the unit's flaky but it sounds equally probable that you could have a suspect cable (assuming you were using the same blue cable for all these tests).
