Hi, for my embedded application, I would like to put the MCF5270 (of a SB70LC or MOD5270 variety) into "sleep mode" as described in Ch. 8 Power Management of the MCF5270_5271RM and also Sec. 6.2.5 of MCF5272UM Power Management Register. I may be referring to old documentation, but the objective is to put the CPU to the lowest-power mode for a considerable time, only to be woken up by an external interrupt.
Does the uC/OS support this in its library somewhere ? If not, can any tips be provided how such registers may be programmed?
Also, any estimates on the power consumption of the cpu when most of the modules are disabled ?
Regards.
