MOD5270-200IR, RJ45 Conector part#

We will be needing to remote mount the RJ45 connector on a new design. So we will be using the MOD5270-200IR.
The MOD5270-100IR, uses a HALO (HFJ11-E2450e-L11) jack. I am assuming that it is recommended that i use this same jack for remote mounting. Also, do i just run the connections from the 10 pin header to the jack without the need of any caps or resistors.
I.E. is all that taken care of on the MOD5270-200IR module ?
