Where did my includes go?

My Navigator view used to show the includes for each project,
G:\Nburn\include
iG:\Nburn\MOD5213\include
iG:\Nburn\gcc-m68k\m68k-elf\include
etc. Now it doesn't. Everything else works fine so they are being included, they just don't show.
I bet there is a simple setting somewhere but I cannot find it.

Yes, they are, everything compiles fine, they just seem to not be showing.
