IP Setup can't find my eval board

I just purchased a NNDK-5272-KIT and ipsetup can not detect it. I have both my laptop (host) and MOD5272 connected to an ethernet switch, which is connected to my router, which is connected to my cable modem. All ports on the switch work, and so does DHCP, because I can connect my laptop to any port on the switch and it works fine. I know the MOD5272 is alive because Mttty works. Please help.

What does the output on MTTY show?

Does it show that it got an IP address from DHCP?

Your firewall is probably blocking port 20034, which ipsetup uses to communicate with the module. As a quick test, try temporarily turning off your firewall completely and see if you can view the device.
