decompile .s19

Is there any way to decompile an s19 file into source code of some sort?

An employee (who will not be with us much longer) released an s19 without rolling a version number or checking that source code into any sort of repository.

We now have software that we are nearly incapable of supporting in any meaningful way. Its a long story.

Anyway, if there was some way to recover or recreate their source code, it would be great.
