I can connect to the IP 192.168.1.104 as configured in the device. The first thing the web page shows is login ID and password.
Same with using Netburner IPsetup V2.5. Trying to change IP # for example brings up ID and Password. Changes are not accepted.
Is there a way I can restore this unit to a default no password needed mode?

Is this using the stock application or code you developed yourself?

If the answer is yes and you have physcial access to the serial port that
gets into the boot monitor by responding to the the 'A' to abort there is a password reset method.
Don't really want to post those details in a public forum. So please open a support request...

Thank you. I will open a support request. The unit has been sitting in a box unused and I thought I would see if I could apply it to a project. So yes. I have access to the serial port from a WIN-7 PC serial port.

Tried to open support ticket. Told I have to buy a support agreement to do this. Should not the ability to return a unit to default configuration be something openly documented?
Anyway. If possible perhaps pbreed could email me instructions at johnd at autoartisans dot com
Thank you.
