I have lost my password and userid

Hi I bought the pink few years ago from Parallax and since I haven't used it but today I have a project and of course I do not remember at all what password and userid i set back in 2008 or 2009.... It is an SB70 Rev 1.2 and the serial number 0003F402C3DE (the bar code printed on the label?). Could you let me know If I can reset the board by one mean or another? maybe using the serial interface????

Can our IPSETUP tool see it on the network?
When you go to that web page does it work?
To recover from lost serial/pass you will need access to the serial port......
Can you get to the point where you see the 'A' to abort message on the serial port?

Thanks for your answer! Yes I can get to the web page and I can access the serial port but I do not remember userid and password then the question is what should the protocol / commands be that I should send to the pink using the serial port?
