For an Ethernet connector we using Amphenol RJSAE-5384-A2 (https://cdn.amphenol-icc.com/media/wysi ... _rjsae.pdf), along with Ethernet switch KSZ8895 from Microchip (https://www.microchip.com/wwwproducts/en/KSZ8895).

I can't quite tell how you have things connected. The jack you specified does not seem to have any magnetics. The switch has MII interface, but the module already has a phy on it, so I don't think you can connect to it directly. You might want to open a support ticket and send them a schematic for review.
