Is IEEE 802.1Q protocol (VLAN) supported in the Nano?

There are workarounds that can do this... its on the todo list, but not on the top of the list.
Exactly what do you need to do...

I don't need anything yet. My company is deciding whether to bid on a job that has that requirement. But as I look through the proposed spec, there is also a requirement for -55C operation, which will preclude Netburner anyway.

We actually have tested the NB's at -60, alas that would have to be a qualification vs a semiconductor spec.

Has any further work proceeded on implementing VLAN (Dot 1Q), for Ip4. We have a customer for which VLAN support has snuck into the specs. You mentioned a workaround, this would be most helpful. We are running our application on the MOD54417.
As none of us are networking experts, any help would be appreciated!

The current targe is to have VLAN support in 2.8.X for all products.
followed shortly by the 3.0 branch.
(Probably 3.01...)

I'm on the hook to finish this by the end of December, and I don't foresee missing this.
So this will be available as a beta patch for the latest 2.8.X end of this month.
You need to request access via a support request.

Do you need multiple vlans, or a single vlan...
Do you need to also respond to untagged packets?
IE vlan and non-vlan at the same time..
