Debug error "Interrupt failed"

Currently using IDE 3.2.0. I start debugging, it loads application, but then when I try to pause the run it craps out and gives "Interrupt Failed" error.
The debug is very fussy. Not sure if it is me, my setup or the IDE.
I am using a laptop (no Ethernet port) via WiFi and the MODM7AE70 module connected by wire to network, is that a problem?
Breakpoints will work, but it takes several times of reloading to get it to work. It is just so inconsistent.
Anyone else having this problem?
