attempting to evaluate netburner

I have a brand new dev kit for MOD5441x I am attempting to evaluate. At step 2.1 in the quickstart guide it is not possible to proceed. When I try to add the serial number the website claims "Serial Number is invalid or already in use". I have a limited amount of time to do this evaluation and this has taken up much of the time already. Is there anybody I can call or email about this?

Serial number is not the board serial number its the Software serial number.
Should have come in the dev kit on a card...
It will look like:
MOD541X:XXXXXXXXXX
Use the whole thing....

This was not a new kit it was a used kit that had in fact already been registered.
