CB34EX-100ir

Post by vijay5264 »

Hi All

I am new to this forum and whole NetBurner hardware I have CB34EX-100IR and trying to connect to it via IP address after flashing latest firmware (installed without any problems) downloaded from
https://www.netburner.com/cb34ex onlu
problem is i am not able to detect any IP address via update utility or IP setup utility

any other options to connect to it ?
or to re flash it (if that might cure the problem)

Thanks in advance

Can you provide details on how your network is set up? Do you have a dhcp server?
You should see status data on the db9 when using a serial terminal such as mttty.

Hi

After connecting serial with Mtty i can see device booting up and keeps rebooting it is showing network information (all 0) it is trying to get Ip address but before it can it just reboots and stuck in loop.

after pressing shift A few times it lets me in but reboots before i can type any thing .

any ideas how to stop it from rebooting ?

Thanks in advance.

Sorted

after changing reset time from 2 to 20 it is not working.

now starts the task of making it work with can bus from car ecu
Idea is to turn it in to high speed data capture device from ECU to onboard laptop via network (i would like to see it working with wireshark)

Thanks a lot
