Using Putty-PSCP to download firmware

Greetings NB workers in code. I am looking at a requirement from the aerospace community for the ability of my hardware to be updated by the PSCP firmware downloading app. I am assuming that the protocol at heart of this is SCP. Does Netburner have an SCP client in the system or has any work been do...

Re: Moving NB AutoUpdate to Windows 10

Paul

thanks, I execute the MAKE LOAD from an IDE/Editor- not from within a CMD box

What did you build the present AutoUpdate source with? I have VC++6, V studio 5.0, V studio 16

did you use, like, VS 8.0 or what?

I have moved my development environment to Windows 10 and among the things that are different I have the problem that AutoUpdate when called from "make load" doesn't have the ability to store previous IP under Win 10 Does anybody know where to tweak to get AutoUpdate history to operate in ...

Re: NANO ethernet magnetics sensitivity

Paul the specific app for the NANO here is in a "concentrator" that lies between an avionics cockpit host "sim" computer and 7 little panels with switches, lights, displays, and each a PIC24F processor. The NANO was designed just for me and this requirement... You really outdid yo...

Re: NANO ethernet magnetics sensitivity

Not a problem-2 inches of ribbon is A-OK. I have a little board for the HALO vertical connector and all works great.

8 serial ports is awesome too.

Re: NANO ethernet magnetics sensitivity

thank you khoney

You wouldn't believe the level of my paranoia designing both NANO and a 5270-200 boards at the same time! I was dreaming about ethernet magnetics-circuit side-component side-ribbon cables-daughter boards- VCC3.3E- VCC3.3. Yeesh!

NANO ethernet magnetics sensitivity

Does the forum have any experience with remoting the NANO magnetics/ethernet module away from the NANO module through 2 inches of ribbon cable? Is the NANO sensitive to exactly which magnetics/ethernet jack is being used? I see here that HALO, Abracon, Bel, Pulse, TE, etc. etc. have magnetics/jacks ...
