Re: SBL2e fragmented receive data

Some how when you post code on a Netburner forum one might assume unless it was explicitly stated that this is code running on a Netburner.... not on a Chrome box. I asked VERY explicitly on May 5th to send me the code running on the Netburner... Problem 1) You seem to assume that the entire message...

Re: SBL2e fragmented receive data

I'll try one more time... What code are you running on the NetBurner! You keep sending me the chroma code, I want to know what application you are running on the SBL2E? Are you running the standard factory app? If so please send me a picture to the configuration page? My guess is your msleep(950) IE...

Re: SBL2e fragmented receive data

Also can you determine when the entire Chroma response is done and do the TCP write as a single write?
Can you capture the TCP connection via wireshark?

Re: SBL2e fragmented receive data

Not clear exactly what you are asking... I think Chroma -> RS-232 ->Sbl2e ->TCP -> (something else) What is something else? What does the code on "somethign else" look like? If you capture the outbound data from Sbl2E via wireshark do you see the delays there? Why are you using custom code rather th...

Re: Multihome

It uses its MAC address (which is supposed to be unique) to seed the Autoip value...
So if a herd of NetBurners all come up they will each, most likely, pick different non-conflicting autoip values.

I would suggest you RMA this unit.
RMA at support.netburner.com

Re: Multihome

Most PC's don't start the autoip dance unless they find no DHCP server.
This is not a requirement of the autoip specification, so if AutoIP is enabled we just always select one.

Yes you get an autoip address...is autoip is enabled even if multihome is not..

Re: Multihome

They way autoip works, is the module picks one... the asks the network (using arp) if anyone has that address... Does this twice and waits for a response... If this times out with no one saying they already claim the address it marks it as good... If someone else says they are using that address, it...
