Tried to open support ticket. Told I have to buy a support agreement to do this. Should not the ability to return a unit to default configuration be something openly documented?

Anyway. If possible perhaps pbreed could email me instructions at johnd at autoartisans dot com

Thank you. I will open a support request. The unit has been sitting in a box unused and I thought I would see if I could apply it to a project. So yes. I have access to the serial port from a WIN-7 PC serial port.

I can connect to the IP 192.168.1.104 as configured in the device. The first thing the web page shows is login ID and password. Same with using Netburner IPsetup V2.5. Trying to change IP # for example brings up ID and Password. Changes are not accepted. Is there a way I can restore this unit to a d...

SBL2e X telnet disconnection.

Is there a way for the application connected to the RS232 side to know when the telnet connection has been terminated? I can time out the RS232 software on the project so that after timeout a password is needed again but that could leave a window where someone could dial into the active system. Thanks
